My two grandson previously owned each a Buzz Lightyear just like the ones I recently puchased. They were lost in a house fire 4 days after Christmas. They lost all their possesions. So needless to say the were delighted. Thank you for your great sale making it possible for me to purchase this toy that they missed so much for the two of them. God Bless you

I am so upset! After a period of 7 months Buzz has been replaced 5 times. I have read other reviews and cosmetically buzz looks great. I have a boy that does not rough house with the toy it's just that the toy simply dies and with new batteries-never works again. I have the whole toy story collection and have never been this dissatisfied. The first buzz my son got for his birthday and I ordered it at Disneystore.com and the wings did not work. I brought it back and honestly the Disney store has great customer service because with all returns for this defective buzz they have always been nice and accomodating. So, I will have to go back to the mall and exchange this one and cross my fingers that it will not die as well.I also have a Toy Story 2 Buzz that has worked for years and has never given me any problems.

ONLY CONCERN ABOUT DISNEY PLASTICS TOY, THEY ARE POOR QUALITY, PLEASE TRY TO GET BETTER FABRIC.
