I got this as a Christmas gift and have been wearing it every day since. Ariel's my favorite princess so I was happy to see this! It has yet to tarnish or fade which makes it worth the price. Even though I was expecting it to be a little larger I still love it and the smaller size makes it more feminine and delicate. The Ariel figurine looks great in my Ariel collection and I loved it so much I also purchased the Alice one too for my birthday. I also plan on ordering the Tinkerbell one before they're retired. I do wished they carried these in the actual Disney Store though, not just online. It's defiantly worth the price and would make a great gift for any Disney lover.

I bought my Wish-A-Little Ariel when it was being pre-sold at the D23 Expo. It was between her or Jasmine (who I both like about the same), and since I could picture myself wearing a seashell around my neck more often than a tiger I bought Ariel.The greenish box that the figure and necklace comes in is cute. However, once I opened the box to get to the figure and necklace inside, the box was damaged (so much for trying to preserve the entire thing as a collector's item).I quickly discovered how everything inside the display box is... disappointingly small. The seashell charm necklace is really 17 1/2 inches (18 when you include the Kidada charm), and since I don't have a petite neck the necklace is tight. I shouldn't have to be spending extra money to buy a chain that does fit (especially when the original product is very pricey for its tiny size), but if I ever plan to wear this seashell charm I'm going to need to make that extra purchase!Positives of this product:1) The entire product is well themed (the seashell fits well with Ariel. A dingle-hopper would have made sense too, but the seashell is definately a better choice).2) The Ariel figure is adorable!3) The tiny seashell charm on the necklace is pretty.4) The display box is cute (BUT only before you open it).These "Wish-A-Littles" are under the ADULT Section, yet they are the perfect size for young children or teens that like small things. The Ariel Wish-A-Little is all-around adorable and well themed (shell goes with character), but it's not worth the outrages price!
