not well made

The pictures looks cute online, so I ordered it. But I am so disapointed when I received it. First there is a burr (like a tint break) on the top. Second is the surface looks dirty or fuzzy, even though after cleaning up by glass cleaner. Third is the print of "Beauty and Beast" is very blurry, not like other disney product's quality. Generally, this level's quality shouldn't price like now.
