it was a gift for my nephew and it broke as soon as they read it

This book is adorable. But doesn't hold the interest of a 3 year old because it is too long for that age, once my grandson gets a little older he will love it. Also I thought it could have the friends name in the book a little more.

My 3 1/2 year old son is going to be so excited to see his J in the story as McQueen retells his CARS journey. I love how the book fit his name into the story in several places & has his brother mentioned too. The drawings are similar to other CARS storybooks & are very cute. The standard size book is a good size with large easily read print. I'm very excited for J to open this gift. I am telling friends how much I like the My Adventures Books!
