I wear a size 10 so I ordered a medium. It was so small I could not even zipper it. I'm sending it back and ordering size XL. It should note somewhere how small it runs. Otherwise very nice hoodie. Very cute too.

The quality of the jacket is great. The warmth is also great. However, I am an XL-1X size so I purchased the XL. Very tight in the shoulders and the sleeves are cut like they are meant to be 3/4 length. I don't think that the 1X would be much better as the increase in the size is usually in the girth, not the sleeve length. I REALLY wanted a Tink Fleece Jacket but will have to opt out and buy in the Men's department to get the sleeves long enough.

The sleeves are not lined, I felt it was cheap for the money.
