SOOO Sparklie!

I LOVE this top! The colors are so vibrant against the black and it really sparkles.If I had one change to make, it would be to make the sleeves a little longer (or even 3/4!) Plus sizers usually have problems with upper arms swinging the breeze, and a little longer sleeve would hide that. A 3/4 sleeve would actually be more attractive.
