There were some issues getting this item but overall, I like the actual jacket. I ordered a bunch of things at once and this jacket was missing when the package arrived (the invoice said it was there but the item wasn't). I called disney's guest services and they were quick to send me one! Actual shipping took 2-3 days, delivery was 3 days. It fits true to size and has a substantial weight to it... but there's a sequin missing on mickey at the back. It's noticeable enough but I can't be bothered to exchange it since it already took an extra week in getting here in the first place.
