We ordered this game for our kids to surprise them after we had seen it at Disney World. They had wanted while we were there but we decided to wait for it. We ordered it online from Disney when it was on sale and they were so excited! It is such a fun game and everyone enjoys playing it. Reminds us of being at WDW:)
When I ordered this game as a gift for my adult daughter and her children & I, I expected it to be dark but not as dark as it actually is. It is too hard to read the cards when trying to get a clue from another player and it's hard to decipher the rooms on the board itself because everything is black & gray. The only redeeming factor about the game is that the character pieces are made out of metal instead of plastic. Because the game is inside, it would be much better to have color to the rooms even if that color has to be muted so it appears dark. This would help distinguish the rooms. You almost have to be right on top of the board to figure out where you are and the person showing the clue has to almost get it right in your face to figure the card out. My family really likes the clue game but it gets boring when it's the same characters all the time. We did find a Simpsons version and were looking for a Disney version but the Tower of Terror was the only Clue-type game in the store. Would much rather have had something more bright.
Love the game of clue, but especially love clue when it is with disney characters and themes
