First, the book seems to be sturdy. To me, that's important because the 2 we bought are going to be packed around on vacation and then perused by a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old. However, the product description sort of led me to think some of the pages would be decorated thematically for specific characters or character groups (i.e. "Cinderella," "Mickey," "Goofy," "Princesses," etc), and they aren't. This isn't a huge issue or disappointment, but it was something I noticed since it was something I thought would be cute. Also, I think it would be a bit better if the pen loop accommodated a larger pen. We've been advised over and over that the kids should have magic marker sized pens for the characters to use (as some of them have costumes that make gripping a regular sized pen a bit difficult), but it's difficult for the kids (well, the 7-year-old, as we do it for the 3-year-old) to remove and replace a pen of the recommended size.

Very excited about the autograph books! They were a little bit smaller than I expected but I have a 7 and 5 year old and it will be perfect for their little hands and to carry around. so turned out to be perfect!

Ordered two of these....... Great items! Kids can't wait to fill them with autographs.
