This tower is priced too high for the actual quality of it, I too have the same issue with the second floor, it does not close, I have to lift the third floor to be able to close it, the latches come off of the second floor as well, and what really bothers me is that some of the construction is made of card box such as the floors, and the paintings around the tower. With some drips of water the floor already started looking horrible. I have purchased a loving family grand house, all the floors are plastic, and the construction is much better, no issue with closing, opening all the compartments, and priced a lot cheaper.

I bought this for my 4 year old grandaughter and she been having hours of fun reinacting the movie...she just loves it!!!

My daughter received this for her birthday and the 2nd floor door doesnt close because the base that connects the second and third floor is severely bent, it will also affect the use-ability of the third floor. Customer service was wonderful as always and sent out a replacement and it has the same problem. At this point I'm annoyed and my daughter just wants to play with the tower. I don't feel I should settle for a defective product when it cost so much. I will be contacting customer service again.
