I got this item broken and i was upset that i have to send it back for replacement and pay another shipping fee.

Love these Victorian ornaments. I've purchased others also and the quality is quite good. One problem, as I had read in other reviews, Mickey's nose was broken off & I had been very careful to unwrap. Just super glued it back on. The overall packaging - well, individual items were good, the big box was flimsy and broken open on ends. Not the first Disney order for me... all lacked quality in the outer box.
