Customer Service Great!

I noticed when I received my tumbler that it was scratched on the outside. I called customer service at Disney and spoke with a really nice person. I explained to her that I had received a tumbler that was scratched. They sent one out the next day. I asked if I needed to send the scratched one back. She said No. I received 5 tumblers for the price of 4!Thanks!
