The hat itself is adorable. However, we had it personalized for my son and the monogram was terrible. The threads used to make the letters are so frayed and fuzzy that one can't make out the first letter in my son's name. Even my son, who never notices things like that, thought it looked awful. I'm very surprised that Disney would ship an item like that. I can't imagine anyone checked it before it left the store. This was our first purchase from the Disney Store.com. I think we might skip online purchases in the future and stick with stuff we can preview in person.

I'm proud to admit that I own now six Kermit the frog hats and this is the sixth one, with this one having the added bonus of having my nickname on it. Though my nickname is only two letters, so basically I paid two bucks a letter for the lettering. But hey, that's alright, I still love this hat and it's a great edition to my collection.

My head is little small for this but it's truly an amazing hat! The detail is amazing and the quality is superb!
