I ordered a set of these hats and they were great. They arrived quickly, they were in good condition, and the names stitched onto the back looked great.I know several of the reviews I read said that they were having trouble figuring out how to get the personalization done on the hats. When I first clicked on the picture of the Mickey ears to select them, a pop up window appeared that asked if I wanted the hat personalized and had a space to type the name.

I bought this product for my brother in law who is about to go to Disney World for the first time. It was so well received and I am happy to say that Mickey Mouse ears still bring joy and smiles to the faces of children of all ages!!

All 3 of the ears that I purchased were crooked and one that should have read "Sarah" read "S ar ah". Looks absolutely terrible. I contacted the company and they are to send replacements, I hope in time for Christmas.
