D23 Tinker Bell Figurine

Had originally ordered this product as a Christmas gift. Tinker Bell arrived broken off the stand. The stand itself looked like it was cracked and someone tried to glue it back together and than touch it up with a black sharpie marker. The certificate pouch was there but there was no certificate included. It looks like someone had ordered it, received it and something happened, changed their minds and sent it back; where it was put back into inventory without checking it, we ordered ours and got the reject.
