Could stand up to my preschooler

I was surprised to see that my 4 year old was able to break off the heads of both drivers within the first day we had this. He wasn't violent, but was trying to turn the heads. I emailed customer service and they are sending another set that we haven't received yet, so I don't know if this was an isolated case or a design defect.Usually Disney toys are sturdy, so I was suprised. Customer service was a joy to work with.

Cars junk

This mat and cars didn't even last 24hrs in my house and Donald's head broke off... not soon after Mickey's did too. Neck area way to thin and flimsy. Can't super glue either, no stability. My 3yr old VERY upset!
