Decals Peeling

I haven't opened this set yet--it is for my granddaughter--but I can see the clear decals on the top of the stamps are peeling off/bubbling up on each wooden block stamp. That really looks cheap/shoddy. These will soon be opened, and may need to be returned if we can't get the picture decals to adhere to the stamps.
