I cannot see how to reduce the size of the band. It almost falls off my wife's arm. How do I remove some of the links? If I can't then I will have to return the watch.

I have had a watch like this for 20 years now but it finally wore out so I had to replace it! It is my all time favorite watch.

Received the watch and thought it was packaged well. Comes in a very nice box. Love the different looks that the many timepiece accessories give me. I did have to take the watch into a jeweler to have the wrist band resized to fit my wrist as it was too big. I should have checked that the watch worked while I was there but I didn't. Had to take it back to a jeweler because I thought the battery wasn't working. Turned out the battery had plenty of charge but for some reason the watch wasn't running. The jeweler cleaned the inside and got it working. He was great and didn't charge me for that. Watch works great now and I really hope that it continues to do so. I would have given this item a 5 star review if I didn't have to take it to the jeweler to get it to work. That is why I gave it 3 stars.
