About the artist
Eric Tan is an Illustrator and Graphic Designer currently based in Los Angeles. He grew up in San Diego, California on a steady diet of Disney animated films, Star Wars action figures, and Marvel comics. At the age of 5, he watched Jungle Book for the first time in a theater and knew he wanted to work as an artist at Disney.
Eric's passion for art led him to attend the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California where he majored in Graphic Design and Packaging. During his junior year of college, Eric was lucky enough to start working at Disney Consumer Products where he designed packaging for Walt Disney Records. He would then transition to creating art for product style guides which included Disney Classics, Disney Live Action, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, and Lucasfilm properties.
Eric's hobbies include woodworking, gardening, collecting tiki mugs, and taking long naps.
