• Go to DisneyStore.com and click "Sign In" to register a new cast member account
• Select Create an Account and fill in the form
• Under Cast Member select the checkbox next to "I am an employee of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliated companies."

Already have an account with Disney?

• Go to DisneyStore.com and click "Sign In" to login
• Once logged in, access the "My Account" section from the top of the page
• Select Info & Settings from the dropdown menu
• Click the link, Are You a Disney Employee?
• Enter your Personnel Number and MyID

• The billing information must appear in the Cast Member’s name.

Things to Know About Your Discount

• The Disney Store discount is only for eligible Disney employees in North America (United States and Canada).
• You may only apply one discount or promotion per order (i.e. If DisneyStore.com has a site wide 25% promotion, you must select either your Cast Member discount OR the site wide discount, but not both.)
• Once logged in, your discount will automatically apply to all eligible items in your Bag. Scroll to the bottom of the Bag to see your discount noted.
• Discount levels will be applied as indicated by your employment status in your company record.
• Restaurants and gift shops located on Walt Disney property but not owned by the Company are not eligible for Cast Member discounts.
