Hey Cast Member, Magic Awaits at Disney Store

As a Disney Cast Member, you can enjoy a discount on thousands of items at DisneyStore.com.

 

How? It’s easy. Simply register as a Cast Member on DisneyStore.com.

Note: If you have a Disney account, including a My Disney Experience® account, you can use the same login email and password when you set up your DisneyStore.com account.

  • In the upper right corner of the home page of DisneyStore.com, click Sign In.
  • If you do not already have a Disney account, such as a My Disney Experience® account, click Create an Account and enter your information in the required fields.
  • After you are logged in, in the upper right corner, click your name (My Account section).
  • Under Info & Settings, click to select the I am an employee of The Walt Disney Company and its affiliated companies check box.
  • In the Personnel ID field, enter your Employee ID.
  • In the MyID field, enter your MyID login.
  • Click Submit.

After you’ve registered, log in to your account every time you go to DisneyStore.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Your Cast Member discount will be automatically applied to all eligible purchases in your Bag.
  • Cast Member discount may vary on Cast exclusive merchandise.
  • Cast Member orders must be placed online at DisneyStore.com. No phone orders, mail orders or faxed orders will be accepted.
  • The billing information must appear in the Cast Member’s name.
  • Merchandise discounts are for employee’s personal use only and may not be used to purchase merchandise with the intent to resell.
  • Employees may not extend their discount to others, including other employees who receive a lesser discount.

Things to Know About Your Discount

  • The Disney Store discount is only for eligible Disney employees in North America (United States and Canada).
  • You may only apply one discount or promotion per order (i.e. If DisneyStore.com has a site wide 25% promotion, you must select either your Cast Member discount OR the site wide discount, but not both.)
  • Once logged in, your discount will automatically apply to all eligible items in your Bag. Scroll to the bottom of the Bag to see your discount noted.
  • Discount levels will be applied as indicated by your employment status in your company record.
  • Restaurants and gift shops located on Walt Disney property but not owned by the Company are not eligible for Cast Member discounts.
